What can I say but express my immense appreciation to you and your creative team for everything that you did for Nicolas' Wall Street birthday.
 
The whole apartment sparkled, the service was wonderful and every need was taken care of immediately by your friendly, professional and delightful staff.
 
I feel amazingly blessed to have had your vision and creative energy in managing this party. Through your planning and attentiveness, we were able to fully enjoy the party to the fullest.
 
The night was absolutely perfect. We adored the statute of liberty biscuits in the fois gras and the little verrines.

The quality of the ingredients, including the fresh produce, was second to none. The presentation awed our guests!

Your cake was truly spectacular. It was better than a dream!
 
Nicolas and I could not be more happy with the end result! We look forword to a wonderful working relationship for many years, and watching your blossoming success.

		<description>Hello friends

As Rachel's clients for this event have so say I am absolutely delighted by her creativity and her amazing entertaining ideas for my party.

Rachel has such a flair for food styling and her attention to detail is so impressive.

My friends and I have been thrilled to see her powerpoint presentation and menus for this cocktail party. 

Many of our friends are travelling from New York and London to Paris for this party. We feel so relaxed knowing Rachel is taking care of everything from ordering the food, to styling the event and organising the staff.

Rachel has showen us pictures, and draft menus and even a presentation of the proposed menu in photographs. She has even organised a kosher buffet for our Jewish friends! She has been a dream to work with.

I absolutely would recommend Rachel for any high calibre event and we will definitely be requesting her services again.

She is an absolute professional, a perfectionist with a natural warmth and ease about her, which makes her a perfect caterer for any event.
