by rkhooksMy first cookery workshop at La Cocotte on the 24th April 2008. The students were in for a treat with a tips on how to make the perfect muffin. Muffins on the menu: very berry, dulcheese (dulce de leche & cream cheese), triple chocolate, sweetcorn & gucamole savoury muffin.
