I have to admit dear Rachel that I have been out of the loop for a couple of months now, I read blogs but I have no time to comment, barely just enough for mine. I have had company non-stop for the past 2 months, and I hate to say that I won't make it on time for your chocolate event. I have bought some fair trade bars the other day just for that, but no time to tackle all the projects I want to bake. I hope you won't stop at one day and will organise another event like this one soon. Love your version of Tiramisu!
