DARN!!! I stared deep into the pan and I could have sworn that was a cakey kind of texture I saw. Chocolate tiramisu IS awesome though.

To me it looks like chocolate mousse topped with chocolate shavings, or maybe even chocolate tiramisu?
Well, it’s obvious what you made. You made a pan of deep, dark, rich Fairtrade brownies and you topped it with slivers of Fairtrade chocolate. Anyone could see that from a mile away. Right?
