Hot love

So it’s dark and cold outside and you have nobody to snuggle up to. Well this might do the trick. ‘Heiße Liebe’ translated ‘Hot love’ is something I had while staying at my relatives in Austria. It’s basically vanilla ice cream with a hot raspberry sauce. Best eaten watching some cheesy movie.

Hot Love

250g raspberries, frozen
3 tbsp icing sugar

1 tub of vanilla ice cream

Whipped cream and wafels optional

Serves 4

Put frozen raspberries in pot with sugar. If you’re using fresh raspberries, you might have to add a couple of tablespoons of water. Stir gently, otherwise raspberries will disintergrate. Heat until raspberries are hot. Pour over ice cream. Serve immediately.
