After a couple of weeks in Ireland, eating fry-ups 24/7 and drinking lots of Guinness, moving apartment in Paris and lots of other time consuming things. I’m back! Currently I’m enjoying the English country life at my parents, which has meant shovelling tons of horse manure and doing some gardening. I was inspired by the lovely plums in the garden and decided to make a Plum crumble cake. Quite simple. Basic sponge with sliced plums and a cinnamon crumble topping. Anyway I’m off to back to Paris later today. I will keep you up-to-date with my Paris cooking shenanigans.
