Chausson aux Pommes

A French classic, light puff pastry with a cinammon apple filling. Tricky thing puff pastry. Have to make sure you turn and fold the pastry correctly, otherwise you won’t get the lovely layers. And don’t let the eggwash run down the sides that stops it puffing too.
